MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY
Lark Builders, Inc. warrants all materials and workmanship against defects for a period of 36 months. Additionally, all pressure treated wood components are warranted by a 20 year pro-rated warranty against damage from decay or termites by the specific treater of the wood products.
Additionally, all aluminum sheet and trim parts are warranted with a 30 year pro-rated warranty against perforation due to rust or corrosion by the specific manufacturer of the aluminum products. *
This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from; faulty set-up or installation, misuse, normal weathering, or slight imperfections. Furthermore, Lark Builders, Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss as a result of a defect in one of its products until it has been notified in writing and given a reasonable amount of time to correct any defects.
Additionally not covered are acts of God, or causes beyond the control of Lark Builders, Inc. All claims made pursuant to this warranty should be in written form and must include a copy of the original dealer invoice showing the serial number of the unit and purchase date. Lark Builders, Inc. shall not be required to honor this warranty before being
given a reasonable opportunity to have a qualified representative inspect and determine the validity of said claim.
